You know that feeling you get after watching a few Rom Coms on a Saturday night with your girlfriends (or your dog) – excited and loved up without the stress. I feel you. My goal is to recreate that feeling for you when it comes to your wedding day.

My purpose is to design and create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. I want to pick out the ideas and styles you have up in your head and create something that speaks to you and your partner and leaves you and your guests feeling the L-O-V-E (picture the opening scene of The Parent Trap – fireworks included) – if that doesn’t give you the warm and fuzzies I don’t know what will!

wedding & event styling

Our clients are pretty damn amazing, and always have the most kick-ass vision in mind for their wedding or event. We’ll get all the hard work, heavy lifting, and boring stuff out of the way so you can eat all the cheese & celebrate your day with your favourite people. We can source anything you’ll need – furniture, lighting, linens, cutlery – and, of course, we’ll make it look damn good on the day.

If your venue already supplies these items, we can help with that too! We’ll go through the items your venue has to offer and create a concept and style that suit the vibe.

Our full styling services include concept design, prop sourcing, furniture, signage, on the day styling, and full service set up and pack down. We are completely obsessed with beautifully designed events and spaces, and we deliver all our projects with passion, creativity and fun.

We have a range of hire items available to our couples! From arches to easels and everything in between. If there is something you are after just let us know and we would be more than happy to source it for you!

how it works

Our Process:

1. The Call

Your relationship with me as your florist/stylist/right hand gal starts off with a phone call. We run through what you are needing in detail so that I can tailor a quote that suits you both. We don’t just stop at florals - think welcome signs, seating charts, candles, hanging installations, wishing wells, hire furniture all the way down to beautifully coloured linen napkins that accentuates the florals. We think of everything so you don’t have to, and we can help with as much or as little as you need. The idea behind having someone look after both the floral and styling aspects is to make sure it all ties in together so from the moment your guests arrive at the ceremony right through to the reception it all flows.

2. Investment

After the call, I send you a quote and a detailed email with lots of images showing the overall vision for the day. If you choose to go ahead with me I ask for a 30% deposit to hold your wedding date. If we change your quote along the way (I know your ideas may change) the 30% deposit is then taken off the final invoiced amount.

3. The Site Visit

Then, we go for a site visit (usually about three months before your wedding) and run through both your ceremony and reception spaces and chat about ideas or any changes you would like to make. I know your mind may change between locking me in and your wedding, so I stay super flexible with both the quote and the design/colour pallet.

4. The Mood Board

After the site visit, I create a detailed mood board showing the final concept for your wedding day (so you know I have totally captured your vision and that we are on the same page)

5. The Florals

The florals - Once we have landed on a design and style, I will carefully select and order your florals from suppliers we know & trust to create the most beautiful arrangements you’ve ever laid eyes on. This sometimes requires not one but two market trips to get the perfect blooms for you

6. The Styling

We will organise the additional items you are needing whether this be ceremony chairs, welcome signs and seating charts etc. Leave it with us to bring you the best value quotes from external vendors for your special day. We go out of our way to find a vendor who has all items you need to save you on drop off and pick up costs!

7. The Wedding Day

On your wedding day we will drop off your bridal party florals to you and then head over to the ceremony spot to start the set up. We will be there to style any additional furnishings we have organised and create the perfect arrangements. Then off to the reception we go to create some more magic. If needed, we will return back to the ceremony location to pack down our items once it's over. This goes the same with the reception - we will be back the night of your wedding or the following day to pack down our items and remove all green waste. Like I told you, we are the full service so you can kick back and relax
